You need to book by February 1st, 2024, and you have until May 31st, 2024 to complete your stay. Available at participating hotels in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada, and at participating all-inclusive hotels in Latin American and the Caribbean.
Even though the sale is called ‘Friends and Family’ sale, it has nothing to do with Friends and Family. Not to be confused with discounted rates typically available to friends of employees at hotels (Hilton’s Friends and Family rate, for example).
The URL of the offer page also mentions ‘national-book-a-vacation-day’. Nothing to do with that, either. Like I said — confused sale.

Cancellation Policy: To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is necessary. If you need to cancel, do so by 4 PM the day before your scheduled check-in to prevent being charged for one night plus applicable taxes. While this applies to most properties, some may require earlier cancellation. The cancellation policy may differ depending on the individual hotel.
