Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is offering a discount of up to 20% at their hotels worldwide. The discount is applicable on stays booked via their app, or their mobile site. The mobile site could be of Wyndham, Wyndham Rewards, or an individual hotel’s website.
The discount is a flat 10% for 1 night stays, and 20% for stays of 2 nights or more.

The promotion is valid for bookings made by October 27th, 2023, for stays until December 3rd, 2023. Cancellation policy may vary from property to property. Make sure to check the same before booking.
Note that you may have to be logged in to your Wyndham Rewards member account to book this rate.
Not sure what they are trying to achieve by limiting the offer to mobile devices only. If it was app only, it would help get more app downloads. But since you can book on the mobile website as well, it’s an unnecessary restriction.
