The discount rates differ between weekdays and weekends:

Non-refundable Rate
Like most IHG discount promotions, this rate is also non-flexible. Reservations under this promotion are fully prepaid, non-refundable, and cannot be changed regardless of whether the reservation is used or not. The total cost will be charged at the time of booking.
Note for California Hotels: Guests (both members and non-members) have a window of 24 hours after confirmation to cancel their reservation if it was made at least 72 hours before check-in.
