Oberoi One is the loyalty program for Oberoi Hotels, a popular luxury hotel and resort operator with locations in India, Egypt, Indonesia, Mauritius, UAE, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia.

Note that unlike the Oberoi Select Program, there is no membership fee for joining Oberoi One.
Oberoi One Membership Tiers
Oberoi One provides various membership tiers (or elite status) that you can qualify for when you stay and spend more at Oberoi hotels. Here are the currently available membership tiers of Oberoi One.
- Oberoi One Blue (Base membership).
- Oberoi One Silver.
- Oberoi One Gold.
- Oberoi One Platinum.
The qualifying requirements for each level are yet to be specified. I have reached out to Oberoi One for more details and will update this article once further information is available.
Update: We have received a reply stating that Oberoi One program use a proprietary algorithm at the backend for milestone rewards and tier upgrade, that takes into account the frequency and number of stays, number of nights and expenditure, and recognizes the guest preferences.
That means, at least as of now, there is no fixed criteria for tier upgrade or milestone rewards. This can be a good thing as you don’t have to worry about chasing targets to reach or maintain status.
It could also be that the system is still under development, and they are manually upgrading users for the time being.
Oberoi One Benefits
Upon joining the Oberoi One program, you will receive the following benefits under the base Blue tier:
- Exclusive members-only rates on oberoithotels.com, typically 10% — 15% off public rates.
- 10% off on dining experiences even when not staying at the hotel. This applies to a maximum of 15 guests dining in-house, but is not applicable to Home Delivery or Takeaway orders.
- Premium Wi-Fi for unlimited devices during your stay.
- Late check-out until 2.00 p.m., subject to room availability.
- Complimentary room upgrades, based on availability, and your elite status with Oberoi One.
Milestone Rewards for Oberoi One
While specific rewards and criteria are unknown, Oberoi One does offer milestone rewards for its members. Milestone rewards are typically awarded based on the number of nights stayed, or amount of money spent at Oberoi hotels in one year.
Here are some of the milestone rewards of Oberoi One program.
- Complimentary night certificates valid for a stay in a base category room. These are valid for six months and may have some blackout dates.
- Complimentary upgrade vouchers.
- Dining vouchers or hotel credits.
Earning points for your stays at Oberoi hotels
Oberoi One is more of a discount-based program, and doesn’t work on a points system. Think of it as an upfront discount, instead of earning points, and then redeeming.
At the same time, Oberoi One has various membership tiers, and other benefits for guests who regularly stay at Oberoi properties. The only thing you won’t get is reward points for your stays.
You may, however, use a credit card that offers bonus points on hotel bookings or other travel-related expenses such as the Axis Atlas.
