You need to book your stay by July 10th, 2023, and complete the same by September 30th, 2023. As per the terms pf the offer, the 10% discount is available on both cash and Marriott Bonvoy point redemption bookings.
Note that there may be a few properties that are not participating in this promotion.
Good to know
- Registration is not required for this promotion.
- A select number of homes are excluded from the 10% Off Sale.
- Changes to method of payment and any date modifications cannot be processed after the booking is completed. A full cancellation is required. Please review the cancellation policy of your selected home closely before booking.
- Home rentals booked through third-party online retailers are ineligible to earn for this promotion.
- Marriott Participating Brand Residences may be featured on the HVMB Platform: however, they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and do not participate in this promotion.
- Marriott branded hotels, branded residences, and Marriott Executive Apartments are not included/eligible for this promotion.
Conclusion
Marriott is offering a discount of 10% on Home and Villas booking. At times, you can find the same properties at a much cheaper rate on Expedia Vacation Rentals or on Booking.com Villas. Of course, you won’t earn Marriott Bonvoy points in that case.
