You must book your stay between September 1 and September 20, 2024. Any stay booked within this window and completed before the end of the year qualifies for double elite night credits.

- Minimum Spend: $1,000 USD or foreign currency equivalent.
- Eligibility: Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite Members and above.

Qualifying Stays.
To qualify for double credits:
- Your stay must be booked directly through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website.
- The minimum spend per stay must be $1,000 USD.
- Note that taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services don’t count toward this minimum spend.
What Doesn’t Qualify?
There are a few exclusions to keep in mind:
- Stays booked through third-party online retailers won’t qualify.
- Award redemption stays where points are used won’t count either.
- Members who have elected to earn miles instead of points are also ineligible.
Bonus Credit Timing
After your qualifying stay is complete, expect your bonus Elite Night Credits to appear in your account within three (3) to six (6) weeks. These bonus nights will only count toward the status year in which they are posted.
