You can earn 40,000 bonus points when you book a home or villa for 4 or more nights.

Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy has over 100,000+ premium vacation home rentals. One can think of it as a premium version of Airbnb.

The bonus points are available for whole home rentals bookings made between May 15, 2023, and May 19, 2023. The stay (4 or more nights) should be completed by September 9th, 2023.

The promo is limited to homes listed in USD, EUR and GBP only. Minimum spend requirement for the stay is $1,500 USD (or foreign currency equivalent).

The bonus points are in addition to regular Marriott Bonvoy points you earn for your booking.

• Home rentals booked through third-party online retailers are ineligible to earn for this promotion.
• Marriott Participating Brand Residences, even if featured on the HVMB Platform, do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy program and do not participate in this promotion.
• Award redemption stays where Points are redeemed for a portion of, or the entire stay are not eligible for the promotion.
• Members electing to earn miles are not eligible for this promotion.
