In the wake of Airbnb’s tremendous success, several hotel chains are trying to tap into the lucrative market of home stays. Marriott’s Homes & Villas and Accor’s Onefinestay are just two examples of hotel chains that are offering more than just traditional hotel or resort rooms.

For a limited time, guests can now earn 3x Accor ALL points on their stays at Onefinestay properties. This promotion is applicable to stays in London, Paris, Los Angeles, and New York that are booked by December 31, 2023, and completed by December 31, 2024.

Note that, just like with hotels, you need to book directly with Accor to earn points and participate in points promotions. Any bookings made via OTAs or other partners won’t be eligible for points or for this promotion.

The earn and burn rate for Accor ALL points is different at Onefinestay, compared to other properties.

You earn 1 reward point for every euro spent on the total rental fee, excluding taxes.

All Accor ALL members get a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. Early Check-in or late Check-out is available for Gold status and above, depending on the availability.

Needless to say, it’s not worth redeeming Accor ALL points for Onefinestay. At regular Accor hotels, you can redeem 2000 points for €40. A much better value than using them at Onefinestay properties.
